Semi-Private Training – Each of your training sessions will be performed in a semi-private 2 on 1 environment. We’ve found that creating this semi-private atmosphere with personal training leads to a more energetic session and a time efficient workout that yields better results when compared to traditional one on one sessions. Not only does it yield better results, with our unlimited training system, it’s a lot cheaper! It’s a win win!
