Systematically Designed Training Programs – A lot of trainers and fitness companies put together workouts that are designed to simply leave you exhausted. Ours will surely leave you exhausted but in the process will, increase your strength, endurance and power, improve your movement efficiency, and correct any postural or muscular imbalances you might have. Every 4-6 weeks a new phase is introduced to your training program continually progressing you toward achieving your goal. With Total Fitness and Health your results will come by design, not coincidence!

We do so through increasing your lean muscle mass and performing highly taxing, metabolic, cardio strength training sessions at the end of each workout. Recovery Is King – We believe so enough to that point that you will be given your very own recovery kit upon joining Total Fitness and Health. Believe it our not, the hard work, sweat soaked t-shirts, and heavy breathing are not what makes your body stronger. During your time at the gym you’re actually breaking down your body, it’s the recovery process that makes you stronger. Those “good sore” feelings you have after your workout are good, but when recovery is not taken seriously they can delay your trip across the finish line to reaching your goal.
Nutrition, Nutrition, Nutrition! – Yes it’s that important that we mention it three times in bold letters! Both cardio strength training and strength training combined can only produce so much results, and truthfully, if your nutrition is not all that great will only create minimal results at best. Because of that nutrition is tied very closely to recovery, in fact good nutrition can enhance recovery which is the main reason why its emphasized so much! You’ll enjoy the higher energy levels and less pounds to carry around as well.
Enjoy The Ride – Above all you have to enjoy what you’re doing when you’re with us, its hard not too! If you don’t enjoy, high energy, fast results, and an improved quality of life then you’re probably better off finding another company to help you achieve your goals.
